Qualifications

• Experience as a household manager or family assistant preferred.
• Ability to maintain a smoke-free environment in the home.
• Up-to-date vaccinations as recommended by health authorities.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain household organization systems and daily reset routines.
• Plan meals, shop for groceries, and prepare approximately three family dinners weekly.
• Manage pantry, supplies, and vendor coordination for cleaners and contractors.
• Provide occasional backup childcare and supervise pets when needed.
• Coordinate errands, deliveries, and household maintenance tasks.
• Oversee home projects and seasonal upkeep to keep the home running smoothly.
