About the Family
We’re an active, warm, creative family. One parent works in live events and travels often; the other is primarily home with our young school-age child. We already have a cleaning crew (twice monthly), landscaping and pool vendors, and frequent visits from extended family. What we need is the person who holds it all together in between.
We moved in a couple of years ago and are still making the house our own. The first few months will focus on an intensive reset: unpacking, organizing, and building systems. From there, the role shifts to steady maintenance with expanding responsibilities. We value collaboration and workable first versions. Follow-through matters more than perfection.
Why this is a full-time role: On paper, some tasks may seem light. In practice, our household moves at a fast pace, with many moving parts. During working hours, we need someone who responds quickly, adapts when a flight or plan changes, and handles needs as they arise. Once immediate needs are taken care of, there’s always a household project to advance, a system to improve, or an upcoming trip to prepare for.
This is a house management role, not a nanny position. Our goal is to reclaim family time: evenings together, showing up for activities, and weekends that feel like weekends.
