We are a warm, energetic family of four living in Denver. Our household is active, dynamic, and full of life. Both parents are executives with demanding careers who deeply value creating a home environment that feels calm, connected, loving, and well-run for our children.
Our two boys are very active, loving, creative, outdoorsy, and full of personality. They thrive with structure, warmth, consistency, and engagement. Our 7-year-old is thoughtful, intelligent, introspective, and has incredibly high emotional intelligence. He loves building, math, science, problem solving, sports, and outdoor activities. Our 5-year-old is charismatic, hilarious, social, and energetic. He makes friends everywhere he goes and loves being around people.
We have intentionally built successful careers while also prioritizing being highly engaged, present parents. The primary goal of this role is to help us hand off operational and mental workload so that when we are with our children, we can truly be present rather than constantly managing logistics, household tasks, and scheduling.
We are achievement-oriented and hold high standards for our home and the way we operate, but we are also collaborative, appreciative, respectful, and flexible within reason. We deeply value long-term relationships and want someone who genuinely becomes a trusted part of our family rhythm.
We are looking for someone proactive, thoughtful, observant, organized, and capable of taking ownership. The right person will be warm, loving, structured, and emotionally intelligent with the children while also highly capable with household management. You bring calm, positive energy and have a naturally solution-oriented mindset.
You notice what needs attention and handle it thoughtfully without needing to be asked. You take pride in your work, follow through completely, and thrive in an environment where initiative, autonomy, and reliability are valued and appreciated. You are comfortable working independently and are seeking a long-term professional role.
You are punctual, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and possess strong executive functioning skills, excellent judgment, and emotional intelligence. You can confidently balance household management responsibilities with engaging childcare support.
You value helping children develop responsibility, independence, kindness, confidence, tidiness, and accountability in age-appropriate ways. Spanish-speaking or conversational Spanish is a significant bonus, as both boys attend a Spanish immersion school.
The right person will thrive in this role if they enjoy creating systems, executing them at a high level, and helping a busy family function smoothly and calmly.
