Adjoin is seeking a House Manager in Fresno, CA, to oversee direct care staff and maintain high-quality living environments for clients with disabilities. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and responsive service within multiple homes associated with Adjoin Catalysts.

You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, ensure timely service delivery, and coordinate transport for activities while upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in First-Aid and CPR or willing to complete within 45 days of hire.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive communications with supervisor, staff, and clients.
• Provide oversight of direct care staff in assigned home(s).
• Ensure a safe, healthy living environment for clients.
• Provide direct service at least 70% of logged time.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities as needed.
• Carry the On-Call pager as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
