Anchor Home is seeking a House Manager / Direct Support Team Lead to empower adults with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality services, and coach DSPs to deliver person-centered care in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• CMT License required.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Driver's License.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
• Manage staff call-outs and coverage to ensure smooth operations.
• Cover shifts as required to maintain daily operations.
• Lead and run monthly house meetings with residents and staff.
• Shadow, coach, and give feedback to Direct Support Professionals in home settings.
• Review start/end of shift procedures and medication administration for accuracy.
• Monitor ICM attendance, medication compliance, and task completion daily.
• Verify medications in ICM and address discrepancies promptly.
• Respond to non-routine situations and coordinate with day program staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
