KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the households, including guest services. Deep cross-functional partnership with personal assistants and property managers to ensure seamless family and guest experiences at home.

Management:

• Manage the hiring, development, and performance of department staff.
• Handle fiscal responsibilities for the department.
• Oversee time and attendance, and staff schedules.

Events:

• Hands-on planning and execution of special events on the property.

Guests:

• Primary point of contact for guests at home and during travel.
• Responsible for all guest relations, including reception and care of guests while on the property.
• Curate engaging and unique guest experiences.

Home Hospitality:

• Manage housekeeping services across all properties.
• Project management on small in-home projects.
• Ensure a calm, organized, and consistent experience in the home.
