Position Overview

Coordinates and supervises the activities of Nursing and Hospital personnel on the day, evening, and night shifts to maintain continuity of 24-hour quality nursing care.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; B.S.N preferred.
• Current KY RN license required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 3 months of hire.
• Avade workplace violence prevention training (Level III) required within 3 months of hire and maintained annually. Training provided in-house. Current employees as of April 12, 2024, will have 1 year to obtain this certification.
• Five years of varied nursing experience with demonstrated leadership ability required.
