Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living in Verona, Wisconsin, is seeking a House Manager who can lead daily household operations and foster a warm, home-like environment for residents. You will coach and support staff, coordinate schedules, and partner with community leadership to ensure safety, care quality, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must be a natural leader who enjoys working with people and bringing out the best in others.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, management, or similar leadership environment preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and proactive about taking initiative.
• Believes that the little things matter and creating a true sense of home for residents is essential.
