Azura Memory Care is a Wisconsin-based, family-owned organization dedicated to memory care and assisted living. We seek a healthcare leader to guide daily operations, mentor teams, and advance quality initiatives across multiple communities.

You will help ensure regulatory compliance, participate in budgeting planning, and foster a resident-centered culture with a supportive team environment. Competitive pay with bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Healthcare leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
