Job Title: House Manager at Platinum Communities

We are seeking a House Manager to join our team at Platinum Communities. The House Manager is responsible for assisting the Administrator in planning, monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating the operations of the facility. The House Manager also assists with the direct supervision of all employees.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have 3 years of experience working in healthcare (preferred)
• Be able to read, speak, and write in English
• Be flexible and available to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications
• Be capable of learning new technology
• Be able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Possess excellent communication skills
