Job summary

Enriched Living is seeking an experienced manager to oversee our Adult Foster Care home in Sparta, MI. This Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM role focuses on leading a caregiving team, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will mentor staff, coordinate resident care activities, participate in meetings, and uphold accurate documentation and processes to support a compassionate, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience leading teams of at least four employees.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of an Adult Foster Care home.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and support a team of caregivers.
• Ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with all state regulations.
• Assist with resident care, including medication administration and daily support as needed.
• Participate in resident and case manager meetings.
• Maintain accurate electronic and written documentation.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and licensing requirements are consistently followed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience, leading teams of at least four employees.
• At least 4 years of hands-on caregiving experience, preferably in Adult Foster Care, group homes, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent documentation and computer skills.
• Ability to lead independently while maintaining accountability and structure.
• Compassionate, dependable, and solution-oriented leadership style.

Preferred:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or complex care needs.
• Medication administration experience.
