Job summary

Two Maids – Gilbert, located in Gilbert, AZ, seeks motivated cleaners for a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. This W-2 commission-based role offers a growth-oriented path and paid training.

Earn 20% individual commission with tips, plus bonuses and mileage reimbursement; no prior cleaning experience needed as we provide hands-on coaching and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and maintaining quality standards.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Traveling between customers' homes throughout the East Valley.
• Handling company supplies and equipment responsibly.
• Working efficiently with a teammate to complete each home.
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching.
• Receiving constructive feedback professionally and applying it to improve.

Your Pay:

This is a W-2 commission-based position — NOT a traditional hourly position.

The $17–$23/hour range shown represents an average hourly equivalent based on commission earnings and is not a guaranteed hourly wage.

Team members can earn up to 20% individual commission on the homes they clean, and commission is NOT split between teammates. Tips and eligible bonuses are additional.

Your responsibilities include:

You should be:

• 18 years or older

• Physically able to perform an active job throughout the day
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Available Monday–Friday from approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or until the day's work is completed
• In possession of a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Able to communicate effectively in English with our customers
• Located in or able to reliably commute to the East Valley
• Can start and end your day at our local Gilbert office
