Two Maids Gilbert is hiring for a daytime cleaning role in Gilbert, AZ. No prior experience required; we provide step-by-step training and offer a long-term career path.

Position features a W-2 commission structure with an average of $17–$23 per hour plus tips, plus bonuses and growth opportunities. You will work Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or as needed, earning through individual commission and company incentives.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, and maintaining our quality standards.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Traveling between customers' homes throughout the East Valley.
• Handling company supplies and equipment responsibly.
• Working efficiently with your teammate to complete each home.
• Following established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Participating in ongoing training and coaching.
• Receiving constructive feedback professionally and putting that feedback into action.

Your responsibilities include:

You should be:

• 18 years or older

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Available Monday–Friday from approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM or until the day's work is completed
• In possession of a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Able to communicate effectively in English with our customers
• Located in or able to reliably commute to the East Valley
• Can start and end your day at our local Gilbert office

Your Pay:

This is a W-2 commission-based position — NOT a traditional hourly position.

The $17–$23/hour range shown represents an average hourly equivalent based on commission earnings and is not a guaranteed hourly wage.

Team members can earn up to 20% individual commission on the homes they clean, and commission is NOT split between teammates. Tips and eligible bonuses are additional.
