Job summary

Two Maids Gilbert is hiring for an entry-level house cleaning role in the East Valley area, including Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa. You will partner with a teammate to service 1–4 homes daily, with paid training and a focus on timeliness and quality.

No prior professional cleaning experience is required. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, daytime hours, and opportunities for growth within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate with customers.
• Be 18 years old or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Own a dependable automobile with valid insurance.
• Willing to use personal vehicle and mileage reimbursed.
• Able to work Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until route finished.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to teamwork and maintain high-quality cleaning.

Full Job Description:

ALL TEAMS START AND END THE DAY HERE AT OUR LOCAL OFFICE IN GILBERT

Two Maids is a Nationwide Franchise underneath the HFC (Home Franchise Concepts), which is a JM Family Enterprises Subsidiary. Two Maids is a Residential House cleaning service for lived-in homes; apartments; condo's, rental homes, offices. Our team's service the East Valley cities of Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, and Gold Canyon/San Tan Valley on specific days.

Teamwork Expectations:

• Partner with ONE other person daily to service 1 - 4 homes. We try our best to keep you with a consistent partner daily.


• Everyone needs to be comfortable working with everyone / not your regular partner sometimes [due to scheduling and or call outs]

Guest Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to speak/understand English in order to communicate with our customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to effectively maneuver around with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing


• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.


• Ability to be on feet for most of the day

Compensation:

• Paid Sick time


• W2 COMMISSION


• 5 days PTO after one year's employment


• Paid Training : Up to 5 days with our training manager and our most veteran team


• Semi-Monthly pay: paid on the 5th and 21st each month

Other Information:

• NO NIGHTS/ NO WEEKENDS/ NO Major Holiday's : Spend time doing the things you love with the people you love


• Monday - Friday : 7:15 am - finished with homes. (Team's get off between 1 - 5pm every day once they are finished with their route summary)

• Must be able to take direction / constructive criticism / learn from mistakes quickly
