Job summary

Two Maids Gilbert is seeking full-time professional house cleaners to join a two-person team delivering top-notch housekeeping in East Valley communities including Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Mesa. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and adherence to cleaning procedures.

Team members work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm, with mileage reimbursement and commission on each house cleaned. Training and background checks are required, and no nights or weekends are planned.

Qualifications

• Team players who can work well in pairs.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• English speaking and comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer homes as part of a two-person team for routine tasks.
• Provide top quality cleaning and customer service per company procedures.
• Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Transport cleaning products to job sites.
• Attend team meetings and follow safety guidelines.
• Must pass background check and be willing to train.

Professional House Cleaner Responsibilities

Qualities:

• Travel to our customer's homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned.
• Provide top quality work and customer service to our customers through various tasks and communications· Perform general cleaning and sanitizing task through the assigned property· Use Two Maids cleaning procedures and best practices· Clean & disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floor· Transport cleaning products to and from job sites· Provide great customer service to clients· Attend and participate in any team meetings. Our highly motivated team's, work in team of two and deliver the best experience to our customers in the East Valley cities of: Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, Sun Lakes / and Gold Canyon and San Tan Valley ( on certain days of the week).
• Our team's are provided all equipment; Medical grade cleaning chemicals; and schedules
• Our team's are Full-time house cleaners that work Monday - Friday 7: 30 am - 5 pm ( or when finished with route for the day) No Nights! No Weekends! No Major Holidays
• Team's service 1 - 4 home per day and earn up to 20% commission on each house they service
• Our team's are licensed, bonded, and insured. Must pay a criminal history background check.
• W2 COMMISSION / Semi-Monthly pay: paid on the 5th and 21st each month. KEEP ALL TIPS!!
• The Musts:

• Must be able to speak, write and understand English
• Has reliable transportation and car insurance. ( You will utilize your own vehicle to get to and from homes. We reimburse gas mileage)
• Must be able to take direction / Must be a fast and eager learner / We are willing to train. Learn hands-on from our team members and Training Manager to set your new career in the right step.
• Our team environment meets for morning meetings to start the day, so must be a morning person to attend our 7:30 am meeting. We say arrive no later than 7:15 to have enough time to load equipment.
