Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. — North County Coastal is seeking detail-oriented cleaners in the Carlsbad area. Pay starts at $20/hour and can rise to $27/hour through the Sparkle Up program, based on quality, reliability, and client care.

Schedule ranges from part-time to full-time with weekday daytime shifts (8am–4pm) across North County. You'll clean homes, ready short-term rentals, and tackle kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and the little details that make a space shine.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Weekday daytime availability (8am–4pm).
• Reliable transportation to cover multiple homes.
• Cleaning experience preferred; training provided.

What You'll Do

• Clean homes across North County Coastal
• Prepare short-term rentals so they're guest-ready
• Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and the details most people walk past
• Tell your manager when something needs attention

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation — our homes are spread across the county
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Weekday daytime availability — most work is 8am–4pm
• Cleaning experience preferred, but we train the right person
• English or Spanish — both is a plus
