Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. is hiring for cleaning roles in North County Inland. Starting pay is $20/hour with an opportunity to advance to $27/hour through the Sparkle Up program, based on quality and reliability.

Shifts run primarily on weekdays, 8am–4pm, with work across Escondido, San Marcos, Poway, and Rancho Bernardo. Positions offer on-going training, all supplies and equipment provided, and a consistent weekday schedule with no late nights.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to reach homes across the county.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Weekday daytime availability is preferred for shifts.
• Cleaning experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes across North County Inland.
• Prepare short-term rentals to be guest-ready.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and small details.
• Report issues to the manager when needed.
