Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. in North County Coastal is hiring part-time to full-time cleaners. Start at $20/hour with a clear path to $27/hour through the Sparkle Up program, based on quality and reliability, with a weekday daytime shift 8am–4pm.

You'll clean homes across Carlsbad and surrounding towns, prepare guest-ready short-term rentals, and report needs to your manager. We provide supplies, a steady weekday schedule, and a team that treats each other like family.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to access multiple homes across the county.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Weekday daytime availability, typically 8am–4pm.
• Cleaning experience is preferred, but we train the right person.
• English or Spanish language skills are a plus.
