Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. — East County is hiring reliable cleaners to join our team. You will clean homes across La Mesa, El Cajon, Santee, Lakeside and Spring Valley, and prepare short-term rentals to be guest-ready.

You start at $20/hour with Sparkle Up program to $27/hour based on quality, reliability, and how you take care of our clients. Weekday daytime shifts are 8am–4pm, part-time to full-time.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Weekday daytime availability (8am–4pm).
• Cleaning experience preferred, training provided.

What You'll Do

• Clean homes across East County
• Prepare short-term rentals so they're guest-ready
• Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and the details most people walk past
• Tell your manager when something needs attention

What We're Looking For

• Reliable transportation — our homes are spread across the county
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Weekday daytime availability — most work is 8am–4pm
• Cleaning experience preferred, but we train the right person
• English or Spanish — both is a plus
