Molly Maid is hiring a full-time house cleaner in Salinas, CA. You will follow Molly Maid’s proven cleaning process, clean customers’ homes, and delight clients with professional service. You may earn tips and have the chance to advance within the company.

The role offers a guaranteed starting wage of $15.50 per hour, with potential earnings up to $22.00 per hour and weekly pay up to $800, plus incentives and optional 401k. A company car is provided for some positions.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.

They pay range for this job is $15.50 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
