Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring in Petaluma for a professional house cleaner. Earn a guaranteed hourly wage of $18.00 with potential to reach $26.00 per hour based on experience, quality of work, and speed.

The role offers a stable daytime schedule (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with a plan that allows you to control income up to a weekly cap of $800. Franchise owners are your direct employer, and you’ll receive all cleaning supplies, training, an provided uniform, and a company car for work-related use.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; able to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you’re a team lead: manage the team’s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment.

Pay & Benefits

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $18.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $800.00 per week, paid weekly.

The pay range for this job is $18.00 to $26.00 an hour, depending on your experience, the quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

Responsibilities

Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Did we mention that you can earn tips too?!

Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home, and you’ll win here.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
