Molly Maid is hiring full-time house cleaners in Joliet, IL. You’ll clean homes to Molly Maid standards, follow a set process, and delight customers with friendly service. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes to Molly Maid standards following established process.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive and manage team schedule and equipment as a team lead if applicable (for drivers).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure vehicle is stocked with supplies when acting as team lead.

Benefits & Pay

They pay range for this job is $18.00 to $23.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

Earn paid time off up to 10 days per year.

If you're a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), must be able to communicate with clients
