Molly Maid in Cicero, IL is seeking full-time cleaners to service homes with our proven cleaning process. You’ll earn a guaranteed minimum wage with the potential to increase based on performance, driving a company car if assigned, and a steady daytime schedule.

We provide all supplies and training, offer a supportive team environment, and opportunities for advancement within the franchise. No nights, weekends, or holidays, with pay weekly and options for paid time off.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust and complete housekeeping tasks.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Benefits & Pay

• They pay range for this job is $18.00 to $23.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.
• Earn paid time off up to 10 days per year
• Earn generous sign on bonus
