Molly Maid is hiring for a full-time house cleaning role in Fayetteville, NC. You’ll clean homes using our proven process, delight customers, and earn $14–$15 per hour with weekly pay. Training is provided, and a company car may be available for team leads. Benefits include paid time off and 401(k) contributions.

No experience is required; we train you and promote from within in a smoke-free environment. Monday–Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain equipment and assist with supplies as needed.
• Assist with lead responsibilities if promoted to team lead (driving our vehicle).
