Job summary

Molly Maid in Massachusetts, Oxford is hiring full-time house cleaners. You will be trained in our proven cleaning system and deliver excellent service to families. No nights, weekends, or holidays, with a compensation plan that lets you control weekly earnings.

Earn a guaranteed minimum wage of $17.00/hour with potential to reach $25.00/hour, paid weekly. A company car is available if you drive, with advancement opportunities and provided supplies and training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting and overhead work.
• Available to work Monday–Friday during the day (7am–4pm).
• Bilingual preferred.

They pay range for this job is $17.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.


• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this house cleaning position.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States


• Complete a background check


• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks


• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm


• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
