Job summary

Molly Maid Columbus is hiring licensed, insured house cleaners for full-time work. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. You’ll start with a guaranteed minimum wage and weekly pay, with potential to earn more based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required — training provided.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, reach overhead and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If team lead: manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
