About Us

The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, assisting guests with a friendly attitude, setting up events, and supporting the housekeeping team. The role requires attention to detail, physical ability, and excellent customer service skills.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Clean lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
2. Guest Service & Communication: Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items with friendliness. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Teamwork: Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events as needed.
4. Safety and Compliance: Protect sensitive areas, handle lost-and-found items, and follow safe work practices to prevent injuries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a hotel or related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
• Ability to work effectively under stress and in high-pressure situations.
