Job Description

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant for the beautiful Interlocken Hotel. If you love hospitality, creating memorable customer experiences, and value the benefits of working in a hotel, you'll enjoy working with Omni!

The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant will work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to manage operations related to the lobby and common areas, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of public areas and restrooms, assisting with guest calls, housekeeping requests, and turndown services.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication with guests

Compensation and Benefits

Starting at $19.00/hour, based on experience. Full-time associates are eligible for medical, dental, vision, healthcare benefits, paid maternity leave, 401(k), and paid time off. Compensation may vary based on factors unrelated to sex or race.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of lobby, restrooms, and public areas
• Assist in servicing pool/fitness areas as needed
• Keep corridors and stairwells debris-free
• Assist with housekeeping amenities requests (towels, toiletries, beds)
• Conduct VIP turn-down services and housekeeping upon request
• Support special projects assigned by management
• Check equipment before and after use to ensure proper working order
