Position Overview

House Attendant – Housekeeping team member responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces and guest rooms, supporting room attendants, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure a positive stay and respond to guest requests.
• Work as a team to achieve a clean and organized environment across assigned floors.
• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of shifts collecting bags, trash, and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other items to guest rooms upon request.
• Perform room attendant duties when necessary, including heavy lifting during deep cleaning or spring cleaning.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry.
• Clean all public areas following departmental SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and dispose properly.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor toward guests and team members.

• Capability to navigate and operate equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
• Availability to work holidays, weekends, and irregular schedules as required.
