Overview: The House Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas and delivering items to guestrooms, such as express checkout materials and newspapers.

Responsibilities:

1. Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
2. Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
3. Handle luggage assistance requests courteously.
4. Manage Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
5. Clean guestrooms as required.
6. Know and assist with emergency procedures.
7. Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
8. Complete special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
9. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
3. Ability to stand throughout the shift.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
