Job summary

Embassy Minneapolis is seeking a House Attendant to support our housekeeping team in maintaining clean public areas and back‑of‑house spaces within the historic Plymouth Building. This role involves delivering linens and supplies to room attendants and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have basic housekeeping or cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; restock linen closets as needed.
• Deliver clean linens, supplies, and amenities to room attendants.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and lobby areas.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and guest items when necessary.
• Operate housekeeping carts and equipment safely.
• Respond to guest and team requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies.
