Job summary

You will audit software usage, maintain accurate records, and prepare coaching materials while assisting field staff with Hours of Service inquiries to ensure safe, compliant transportation operations.

Ideal candidates have office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and communication on proper use of on-board computers.
• Conduct online audits of third-party software for FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• Ensure record-keeping systems are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and distribute review correspondence and coaching materials.
• Assist field staff with Hours of Service inquiries via phone, email.
