Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of different responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food runner duties: Delivers orders to guests in the dining room, refills drinks, responds to guest requests, and adheres to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepares the dining area for guests, maintains tables, cleans and sanitizes the dining space, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
3. Dishwasher duties: Ensures the availability of clean dishes, prepares the dish area for shifts, unloads deliveries, and maintains cleanliness and safety standards. Other duties as requested by management.
4. Prep cook duties: Prepares food according to recipes and standards, sanitizes stations, and follows safety policies. Other duties as requested by management.
5. Line cook duties: Maintains cooking areas, manages sanitation and safety, prepares orders accurately, and ensures quality standards are met. Other duties as requested by management.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
