Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food runner duties: Delivers orders to guests, refills drinks, responds to guest requests, adheres to sanitation and safety policies, and performs other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser duties: Prepares the dining room, maintains tables, cleans chairs and floors, removes trash, responds to spills, and follows safety policies.
3. Dishwasher duties: Ensures clean dishes, maintains the dish area, unloads deliveries, cleans floors, and follows safety policies.
4. Prep cook duties: Prepares foods based on prep lists, maintains quality and sanitation standards, and performs light dishwashing as needed.
5. Line cook duties: Maintains prep areas, manages sanitation, reads orders, prepares food quickly and accurately, and ensures quality standards.

This position is at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location.
