Job Description

Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of responsibilities depending on your interest:

1. Food Runner Duties: Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need; refills drinks; responds to guest requests after food delivery; adheres to sanitation and safety policies; performs other duties as requested by management.
2. Busser Duties: Prepares the dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs; maintains table settings by removing plates and being alert to spills or guest needs; cleans chairs and tables, sweeps floors, removes trash, and handles spills; follows sanitation and safety policies; performs other duties as requested by management.
3. Dishwasher Duties: Ensures the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; prepares the dish area and kitchen for the next shift; unloads and stores deliveries; sweeps and mops floors; takes out trash and rinses garbage cans; follows sanitation and safety policies; performs other duties as requested by management.
4. Prep Cook Duties: Prepares foods based on prep lists and manager directions; maintains consistent quality with recipes and standards; sanitizes the station at beginning and end of shift; follows sanitation and safety policies; performs other duties as requested by management.
5. Line Cook Duties: Maintains food prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils; manages sanitation, health, and safety standards; reads food orders and prepares orders accurately; cleans and restocks station; ensures food quality and quantity; follows sanitation and safety policies; performs other duties as requested by management.
