Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Hourly Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions across multiple plants in a manufacturing setting. You will source, evaluate, and extend offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to improve processes, maintain candidate records, and promote diversity.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Source candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Hourly Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience for hourly positions across multiple plants in a manufacturing setting. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.
