Job Description

The Hourly Supervisor is responsible for improving the profitability of operations. This person will ensure the highest levels of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
2. Manage production costs, supply costs, and inventory adherence to standards.
3. Regularly audit service quality.
4. Follow all operational standards and tracking procedures daily.
5. Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
6. Supervise teamwork and service quality regularly.
7. Handle employee issues professionally, adhering to company policies.
8. Support and implement training programs to improve skills, service, and morale.
9. Participate in employee reviews and address performance issues.
10. Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures.
11. Adjust staffing levels based on business needs.
12. Train employees on safety, health, and sanitation standards.
