Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Milford, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day restaurant operations. You will provide leadership, motivate team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting operational expectations.

This full-time role includes benefits, potential for advancement, and training. Candidates should have at least one year of guest-focused experience, strong communication, a team-player attitude, and the ability to use a point-of-sale system.

Freddy’s is looking for Shift Supervisors to assist management with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members and meeting operational expectations.
