Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is hiring an Hourly Supervisor for daytime shifts only at our Pennsylvania locations. You’ll support daily operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure exceptional guest service from opening to close.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager and District Manager to build a positive, efficient culture. This role offers daytime hours (7:30am–3pm), opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive training.

The Role:

As a Turning Point Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the team culture, supporting daily operations, and ensuring exceptional guest service. You’ll work closely with your GM and District Manager while gaining the skills needed to grow into higher leadership roles.
