Ted's Bulletin is seeking an experienced Hourly Supervisor to join our neighborhood eatery known for modern American classics and signature bakery offerings. This hands-on role supports management to run shifts, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of restaurant/hospitality experience, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. Flexible scheduling, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in restaurant or hospitality.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lead by example in fast-paced shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support managers in overseeing daily front-of-house operations.

Hourly Restaurant Supervisor Ted's Bulletin is a neighborhood eatery serving modern takes on American classics, with all-day breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our signature bakery offerings. Ted's is part of Catalogue Brands, which also includes Federalist Pig, Honeymoon Chicken, and Kramers. We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as an Hourly Supervisor. Our supervisors are hands-on leaders who work alongside the management team to help run successful shifts and create a great experience for both our guests and our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong restaurant experience who is ready to take on more leadership responsibility and continue growing in hospitality. What You'll Do

What You’ll Do

• Support restaurant managers in overseeing daily front-of-house operations
• Help lead the team during service and keep shifts organized, efficient, and guest-focused
• Set the example for hospitality, professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Provide direction and support to team members throughout the shift
• Help train and develop new and existing employees
• Monitor food, beverage, cleanliness, and service standards
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and good judgment
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to maintain smooth service
• Help ensure company policies, food safety requirements, and workplace standards are followed
• Assist with opening, closing, and other operational responsibilities as assigned
• Step in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods
