Location: Toledo

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Hourly Shift Supervisor position.

Address: Toledo - 2801 Bancroft Street, Toledo, OH 43606. Note: online applications accepted only.

Requirement: Prior culinary and supervisory experience preferred. Willing to train!

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
• Prepare reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Act as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
