Location: Boise State
  • We are hiring immediately for a full-time HOURLY SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
  • Address: Boise State - 1910 W University Drive, Boise, ID 83725. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that assigned job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and create work schedules.
  • Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  • Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
