Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in the United States to lead the operation, own the results, and be accountable for profitability, guest experience, people development, and daily execution.

You’ll manage a team of 20–45, recruit and coach staff, drive sales through exceptional service and local marketing, ensure food safety and compliance, and partner with the District Manager to grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong grasp of P&L management and profitability drivers.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to guest service excellence.
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
