Job summary

Carrols Corporation, operating Burger King®, is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members on assigned shifts, ensuring quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment, resolve issues quickly, and uphold BK® standards while driving smooth shift execution.

Under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you will own shift execution, communicate effectively, and help drive results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and people skills to coach during shifts.
• Willingness to learn BK® standards and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coach and motivate crew, provide feedback, and maintain energy throughout the shift.
• Execute shift plan, uphold BK® standards, direct workflow, and step in as needed.
• Support profitability by following cash controls, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
