Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Huntsville, AL. You will lead your shift, guide the team to deliver fast, accurate service, and ensure clean, welcoming conditions for guests.

You will train, coach, and motivate crew, support the RGM and AM, manage cash control and inventory routines, and help grow leadership skills. Weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.

As an Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC), you’re the go-to leader for your shift, helping your team stay motivated, keeping the restaurant running smoothly, and making sure guests leave happier than they arrived.

You’ll support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) while leading a team of Team Members during your assigned shifts.
