Job summary

Burger King in Gurley, AL is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the team during busy shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service and a clean environment.

You’ll coach crew, execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, and assist with inventory and cash control to support profitability while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide the team during shifts.

• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders

What You Bring

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
