Job summary

Workstream is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead restaurant shifts, manage guest experience and coordinate operations under the guidance of the RGM and AM. The HSC directly oversees a team of Team Members and ensures efficient service and brand standards.

Key focus areas include inventory control, accurate product preparation and timely delivery, coaching teammates, and driving guest satisfaction through fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

Hourly Shift Coordinator

Overview

Hourly Shift Coordinators (HSC) is the Shift Leader of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and positive results through Guest & operations coordination. The HSC supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts driving key performance outcomes. The HSC operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a shift of Team Members.
