Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or HR, or 3+ years HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or related field preferred.
• 1+ years general HR experience preferred.
• 1+ years high‑volume recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR site contacts to determine hourly hiring needs.
• Flawlessly manages candidate information in Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage postings for designated locations, monitor posting and review to ensure files are complete.
• Prescreen (phone screen or in-person) qualified applicants and schedule interviews.
• Provide reports, projections, and data on Hourly Recruiting topics.
