Georgia Department of Public Health is seeking an hourly, part-time Registered Nurse in the North Georgia Health District Office, Dalton, GA. Responsibilities include managing the Children First (C1st) program workflow, comprehensive home visits, and coordinating with multiple county partners to connect families with services.
Minimum qualifications include an Associate degree in nursing, a PHN course, a GA RN license, and CPR certification. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

As an Hourly PH Registered Nurse within the Georgia Department of Public Health, you will join a dedicated group of public health professionals that help support the overall mission and vision of protecting lives of Georgian residents in a variety of ways.
Location: North GA Health District Office- Dalton, GA
(Hourly Part Time--up to 29 hrs. per week max)
Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and completion of a PHN course within one (1) year of hire and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification
Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.
CBH accepts educational credential recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) will be considered.
All positions require criminal history record check. Required education credentials, license, certification and/or registration must be submitted prior to employment in the position. Some positions require pre-employment drug testing in which the applicant who is offered the position will be required to successfully complete.
