Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to enhance profitability of Operations by delivering the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

You will supervise daily staffing, manage labor and inventory costs, audit service quality, train staff to improve guest experience, and support performance reviews and timekeeping to ensure adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Current Certifications as needed.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Controls labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
• Retains control of production, supply, and inventory costs by adhering to SOPs.
• Audits service and quality on a regular basis.
• Ensures adherence to safety, health, and sanitation procedures daily.
• Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Supervises teamwork and day-to-day staff issues professionally.
• Supports training programs to develop guest service skills and revenue growth.
• Assists in employee reviews and supervises interim performance issues.
• Ensures accurate time and attendance recording and staffing level alignment with business needs.
